2. Order Process
Orders are confirmed only after receiving full or partial payment, as agreed.
Clients must provide accurate details (names, event dates, photos, etc.) for customization.
Once design work begins, any major changes may incur additional charges.
All prices are displayed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be made via approved methods on our website or through our representatives.
Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
Digital invitations will be sent via email/WhatsApp within the agreed timeline.
Printed materials will be shipped via reliable couriers; delivery times depend on location.
We are not responsible for courier delays once dispatched.
All designs, templates, and concepts remain the property of Anayku until full payment is received.
Clients may use the final delivered product for personal purposes only; resale or reproduction is not permitted.

We are not liable for:
Delays caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
Losses due to technical issues beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, server downtime).
Errors in approved designs.
We may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice, but ongoing orders will be fulfilled as per agreed terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
